Service Desk Analyst
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Windows 2000/2003/XP, and Internet Explorer
  • Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
  • 1 year experience in a technical support/call centre capacity
  • 1-3 years previous user support experience
  • A+, MCP and/or MCDST certifications an asset
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
